How Do I Place an Order?

Easy Step-By-Step Online Ordering

Step1. For new customers, click on the Sign Up link and fill out the online membership form. For established customers, login with your username and password on the spaces provided.

Step2. Once you’ve logged in, choose the items you would like to purchase either from the Business Document or Business Services sections.

Step3. Click on the Order button to initiate the ordering process. If your desire is to request for a customized service, it’s advisable that you click on Request Quote button and specify your requirements on the space provided. OSR customer support will get in touch with you usually within 24 hours of your preferred time through your preferred mode of contact.

Step 4. Click on the Submit button once required fields have been filled in. You will then be redirected to the checkout page where you are given the option to either continue shopping or place your order.

Step 5. Review your order list, and revise if necessary, before confirming. You may remove any items by clicking on the red Remove button. Proceed to Checkout.

Step 6. If you have a Coupon Code,you may type it in the box provided. Click Go and your code will be applied.

Step 7. Confirm your order and fill in payment information. You will receive an Order Confirmation shortly from OSR to your provided email address after you complete your online order, confirming the items purchased and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. Please note that e-mail confirmation is to confirm that we received your order and we are processing it; it does not mean that your credit card has been charged already.

Print your order confirmation and save it for your records.

After account verification, a separate Payment Email Notification from Pay Pal reflecting items purchased and total charged will be sent to your provided email address. An itemized billing statement shall be provided as well by OSR upon request.

Do I have to complete an order form for every method of ordering? Why?

Yes. Our ordering system requires that you complete a separate online order form for each methods of ordering: online, fax, telephone, mail, purchase Registration, wire transfers and others. In this way, we are able to validate all your information ahead of time, which reduces ordering and registration errors.


How to check the status of an order?

Do you have alerts for new orders?

Once an order is placed on our online store, OSR automatically receives an email notification alerting the assigned provider specialist to immediately process your order. The customer then receives an order confirmation e-mail containing the summary of his/her purchase as well as the payment verification.

Can customers log into the site to view the status of their order?

OSR shopping cart has a built-in feature that allows customers to log in and view the status of an order. You can log in via the order confirmation e-mail sent by OSR shopping cart system or directly from your storefront. This feature significantly reduces call volume and enhances customer support.


What is the purpose of the Message Board System?

OSR values the importance of updating our customers with the present status of their orders in compliance with their individual requirements. A built-in message board system allows you to communicate with our provider specialist exclusively handling your order.

Steps in checking the current post in your message board:

  1. Sign in using your account login username and password.
  2. Click on View Projects to check your current list of requirements.
  3. Click on the Project ID you wish to check.
  4. The Message Board window pane shall pop-up on your screen.

You can post your comments on the space provided. You may also upload any supplemental files needed by the specialist to satisfy your requirements. You can track all communications you had with OSR specialist up to the full completion of the project. An e-mail notification will then be generated for you and your assigned specialist every time an update of the project is posted in the message board.


User Name, Password and Login Problems

I have a login account on this Web site and I forgot my user name and/or password. What shall I do?

You can request your user name and password here. We will e-mail your user name and password to the e-mail address that you entered when you created or updated your login account.

I requested my user name and password and have not received the e-mail. What shall I do?

Your user name and password will be e-mailed to the address that you are prompted to enter when you request your user name and password (see the question above). If you experience problems, please contact us and we will correct your e-mail address so you can access your account.

My user name and password don't work. What am I doing wrong?

The user name and password are case sensitive. You must enter your user name and password exactly as you entered them when you created your login account. If you copied and pasted the user name and password that was e-mailed to you, make sure that you did not copy any spaces after the user name or password.

If that fails, request your user name and password here. Enter the user name and password exactly as you see them in the e-mail.

My Account link

If you have a new e-mail address or wish to change your password, go to OSR My Account Settings page. You'll need to log in with your current e-mail address and password to access these settings. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communications preferences will automatically be associated with your new e-mail address.

If you decide to change your method of payment in the United States and your order has not yet shipped, you will have to cancel your original order and reorder with the new form of payment.

How does coupon code work?

Each code has a face value.  The discount would either be a percent off or a dollar amount.  At check out, enter the coupon code in the appropriate box and your order will be reduced by the value of the coupon.  Most of our coupons have expiration dates or limited number of usage.  If you would like to receive a coupon, go to our Referral Program page to learn how to get a free personalized coupon code.


How does referral program work?

It’s FREE to join. Obtain a personalized referral code through our website (Sign Up to our Referral Bonus Program). Or you may send a request to orders@OutsourceRepublic.com.  When you refer someone to Outsource Republic and they use the referral code assigned to you on their first order, you can earn 10% of their total sales or $10, whichever is higher.  Your referral will also receive a 10% or $10, whichever is higher.
