USER CONDUCT AND OBLIGATIONS
Upon successful registration, you will be provided an account name and password. As a user of the website, you agree to follow all applicable laws governing it. The Services must only be used for the purpose they were originally intended and for which Outsource Republic is making them available. Furthermore, in consideration of your use of the website, you agree to:
provide accurate, true and current information about yourself as may be prompted during the website’s registration process;

maintain accountability for all activities that occur with the use of your password and account ID;

Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.
LICENSE TO USER CONTENT
The Outsource Republic shall treat all information provided by the client or obtained during the period in which the Services are being rendered, as strictly confidential and will guarantee that all of its employees, agents, and subcontractors will treat the information as such. It will not be liable for loss or damage of materials and data unless due to its negligence or failure to comply with the terms of this agreement or any applicable laws.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an order to sell. Outsource Republic reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. No obligation to provide services exists between You and Outsource Republic until Outsource Republic exercises the authorization to charge Your credit card, and the charge is validated and accepted by Your credit card company.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Outsource Republic shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from accessing or downloading any information from the website or though its services, including, harm caused by viruses. You agree that all downloading materials through the website is done at your own discretion and any damages to your data or computer system as a result of the action shall be your sole responsibility.
